The best known worldwide among the Spanish traditions are certainly the Flamenco and the Bulls the Bull fights will be found through out the country, bringing trinationally the most popular and well-known shows the runners that are held during the San Fermines in Pamplona. But the bull fights are a plot that will appear in Spain in any party.

Flamenco, on the other hand, is the folk tradition of the south, in particular of Andalusia. And it is in this land where you will earn the roots of flamenco singing, guitar and dancing. In April the Fair of April is celebrated in Seville, a week full of singing and dancing, where you can drink wine from Jerez and other delicious wines from the area, accompanied by ham and cheese and other delicacies from the area ....so who likes these things should not miss it; if you find accommodation on these dates now, and ready  to make the trip, why not arrive some two weeks before the fair and enjoy the other exceptional celebration that the city offers, Holy Week, with its famous brotherhoods.

Ø The torta is a typical food of Tamames that is eaten on Easter Monday.

Ø It is a round bread that in between has a tortilla

It consists of a special bread that is only baked the day before.

The torta is usually made for several people, childrens go to the slope to eat it.

Has traditionally been considered a dish from the interior of   Andalucia , where the olive oil and the products of the  orchard   they are plentiful. For this reason it is commonly known as Andalusian gazpacho. In spite of this, the origin of the gazpacho as a "crumbled" dish predates the use of vegetables in its preparation and dates back to the time of al-Ándalus.

 

The elaboration of white gazpachos is frequent, in the city of Córdoba you can find the original gazpacho consisting of bread, vinegar, oil. To which finely chopped hard boiled eggs are sometimes added. The white gazpacho cordobés also contains the ingredients of the original recipe and almonds are added

 

In the   province of Malaga   there are varieties of   white gazpachos   As the   white garlic   (similar to   white gazpacho Cordovan ) is made with almonds and garlic decorated to be served with   muscat grapes   (and sometimes grapes   raisins   macerated in   came from Málaga ).

The feast of the Rapa das Bestas in Galicia all the attendees enjoy a typical Galician food.

The food consists of: entrée, Galician empanada and octopus to the fair.

First course: Lacón with cooked potatoes.

Second course: Roast beef steak.

Dessert: teat cheese with quince jelly.

All dishes are accompanied with albariño wine made in the rias Baixas of Galicia.
